Our Collective of over 80 charity specialists is led by our Founder Vic Hancock Fell who has lived and breathed small charity life for 15 years. 50% of our profits are re-invested into social good through pro bono consultancy and training and our fees vary by charity size - making the expertise you need, affordable at any stage of your organisation's life.
