Veronika Gasiunaite - Wellbeing Specialist
Veronika Gasiunaite is a Wellbeing Specialist and Somatic Education Practitioner with almost 5 years of teaching experience. Her yoga journey began in October 2013, and over the past decade she has developed a deeply embodied, mindful and integrative approach to movement and inner work.
She began teaching in April 2021 during her foundational 200 TTC, while simultaneously completing a 60-hour Yoga Philosophy programme — which supported her in building a steady and thoughtful foundation for her teaching.
She holds an RYT500 certification, alongside additional qualifications in Aerial Yoga (TTC) and Acro Yoga immersion, expanding her understanding of alignment, strength-building, trust and functional movement. Veronika is also trained in Himalayan/Tibetan singing bowls for sound healing and has experience with therapeutic flying, integrating embodied, partner-based therapeutic techniques into her sessions. Her academic background includes a Master’s degree in Social Wellbeing and Disability Studies, which deepened her insight into human behaviour, emotional health and inclusive approaches to support. She continues to deepen her knowledge in therapeutic fields, including studies in logotherapy and somatic-informed psychosomatic approaches, allowing her to bring a holistic, research-aware and emotionally attuned perspective to her teaching.
She has led classes, workshops, retreats and community wellbeing programmes across the UK, Spain, Portugal, Lithuania and Sweden, working with diverse communities and groups.
Her work centres on cultivating inner safety, emotional regulation, physical strength and mental resilience, weaving together somatic awareness, breath, presence and mind–body education. Veronika is known for her calm, grounding presence and her ability to create spaces where people feel seen, supported and empowered.
She is bilingual and teaches in English and Lithuanian, offering emotionally attuned guidance for those who feel more at ease and connected in their native language.
