It is a global executive leadership development academy designed to enable the black woman executive and professional in organisations to advance her career beyond its current state. Its prestigious programmes address her life, leadership and career development and growth and its vibrant alumnae leader community is making a difference in their various walks of life across the world.

The Enjoyable Life Series is registered as a Community Interest Company and a sister company to Synchrony Development. It is a non-profit that runs annual conferences to raise monies for charity whilst bringing men and women from all walks of life and diverse backgrounds together to celebrate storytelling and what it means to be human. The conferences are a place to connect, learn, share and be inspired.

It is designed to help men and women in all walks of life to develop an acceptance of who they are, to connect with their own unique sense of purpose and to tap into the depths of JOY they have within them. Our Tenets are Love. Leadership. Results.

What's Your Story? is targeted at people of all beliefs and faiths  whilst What's Your Testimony? is targeted at  Christians from all walks of life in the strengthening of their faith and Christian Walk.

 We however welcome everyone and any one to all of our events. They are a great place to connect with others, be who you are, learn, share, be inspired and leave at the end of the day, with insights, practices, and ideas that when applied will help you live your life more enjoyably.
