We provide compassionate, structured bereavement support for individuals and families navigating the loss of a loved one. Our virtual support groups are designed to meet people where they are—emotionally, physically, and spiritually—offering connection, understanding, and guidance during one of life’s most difficult seasons.

Our bereavement support extends through the first 13 months of grief, recognizing that loss does not end after a few weeks or even a single year. Participants are invited to explore the many dimensions of grief, share experiences in a supportive community, and build coping tools for both anticipated milestones and unexpected waves of loss.

All groups are facilitated by trained professionals who understand the complexities of grief and the importance of creating a safe, respectful space for reflection, conversation, and healing.
