Shad Montague

• As Montague Investments Team Lead / Agent, Shad has been involved in running several multi-million dollar businesses. He began his career in the restaurant industry in 1988 and transitioned to real estate in 2009; where he has been involved in a variety of investment opportunities. His focus is managing, buying and selling, and developing real estate projects, while directing both the investment side of Montague Properties and as the Affiliate of the Prince Frederick Caza Investment Network. Shad’s prior profession taught him by focusing on guest service and training, increased sales and profitability follow. As a select few designated as Certified Training Restaurants for new managers, Shad was given the opportunity to open new restaurants; expanding his project management and a construction knowledge. Through direct experience with all aspects of Real Estate and continued training, Shad is an expert in investment properties. Including, but not limited to: auction, foreclosure, or off market properties, Shad has experience in both rehabbing and selling them. Shad has lived in Southern Maryland for over 25 years.
