Eleonora is a qualified yoga teacher and massage therapist offering massage therapy and office yoga in East London. After over 10 years of working in architecture, she left the industry to choose a slower lifestyle to refocus on her well-being and support other people in reconnecting with their bodies and minds on a deeper level.
