Quality Health Network

Quality Health Network (QHN) is a not-for-profit community partnership established in 2004 to support the adoption of health information technology, provide information exchange services and promote innovative uses of electronic information to improve health. QHN’s unique technologies help our network participants exchange information that enhances care coordination and identifies individuals at risk so that efforts can be focused where they’re needed most.
