I am hosting these creative writing poetry projects for those interested in finding a way to express themselves therapeutically, or as a vacation from societies pressures and fast pace living.

These sessions are as you make it, I am simply providing a safe space for you to be authentically yourself with no judgement or expectations. Poetry has been a tool for me to stay connected with myself and also allows me to regulate my mind and thought process. So, I felt it was time to assist others to also find their way back to themselves by providing these projects and courses.
