NoTanx Freediving club

Having fun allows the body to relax. Relaxation allows efficient learning. The NT style has 42 exercises, each with 4 specific objectives.

With over 400 pool sessions and lots of trips throughout the year, regular training is easy. Always with a group ethos of development and enjoyment. Our exercises are aimed to develop your skills whether you are a complete beginner or seasoned competitive diver.
