It All Starts Hear SG

IASH.SG is a registered social enterprise built from the ground-up. We started as a humble community of Ordinary Singaporeans who wanted to "bridge" the gap in Mental Health and Wellbeing, growing into the social enterprise we are today. We believe in taking a holistic approach to mental health, by building an ecosystem of support for those looking for a way through their struggles.

We do through three main pillars:

1. Encouraging at-risk or struggling Singaporeans to open up in our fun and friendly community events.

2. Creating access so people can speak to a peer about their troubles (Hear Buds)

3. Seeking Professional Counselling and Therapy services at subsidised rates at our Bishan location or online.
