Kristy Austin is an entrepreneur, certified yoga instructor, sound healer, model, mother of four and younger sister to Coco Austin.

Kristy began her yoga journey at a young age while watching and mimicking her mother practice in the family’s living room. However, it wasn’t until later in life when she had to overcome personal trials and tribulations that she truly understood all the vast physical and spiritual benefits that yoga provides. "Without yoga I don't know where I would be today. I discovered that yoga is much more than just doing poses, it’s a lifestyle,” Kristy explains.
