With over a decade of experience in consultancy and advisory roles for corporations and founders across North America and Latin America, Gianfranco possesses expertise in business development, organizational strategy, business expansion, international market research, and consultancy.

As the founder of Disrupt LLC, an advisory firm dedicated to assisting founders and startups from North America in expanding their presence in the market or globally, Gianfranco plays a pivotal role. Additionally, he actively contributes as a Mentor at Dell Technologies for their DWEN Mentorship International program and EY Mentorship program for founders and startups.

When he's not assisting founders in scaling their businesses, Gianfranco extends support to those without resources to thrive in Latin America. He achieves this through a nonprofit initiative called SIQAY, offering free education via the SIQAY Education program.
