Better Buses for South Yorkshire (BBSY)

Better Buses SY welcomes the decision in March 2025 to bring our bus services into public control by franchising. We have campaigned for this decision since our foundation in 2020. Franchising means that the Mayoral Authorty (SYMCA) will have the power to decide routes, timetables and fares across South Yorkshire. We are calling for the voice of those most directly affected to be involved in the decison-making process.
