Beatrice Nespega (Creative Coach, Artist and Designer)

I am a Creativity Coach, Artist and Designer. In 2020, I co-created Meraki Community, with the aim to help others discover and nurture their creativity through art making and mindfulness. My creative work involves making my own abstract painting, leading Meraki Community and supporting creatives, artists and changemakers doing their work sustainably, to help them bring into life their visions into life. As a coach my aim is to create a safe space creates safe spaces for those that are ready to re-connect with their innate spark and to re-commit to their creative work. I guide my clients to gain clarity and then momentum through experimentation while they grow and build their work. By helping them develop a healthy mindset and sustainable practice I help them to overcome blocks and support their unique creative process.

My work:

• Is a blend of Creativity, Design thinking, Mindfulness and Intuitive Art making.
• Is informed by my personal and professional experiences.
• Uses tools involving inner work: self-reflection, self-awareness and self-compassion
