Anthony B. Holtz is the creator of the Adaptive Roadmap Canvas (ARC) and author of Evolving Forward: Adapt & Thrive – The ARC Playbook and Workbook. With more than 20 years of experience as a business coach, transformation strategist and lecturer, he has guided more than 10,000 students and professionals through complexity, change and growth.

ARC is featured in his books alongside a foreword and real-world case studies by Joe W. Foster, founder of Reebok, who has also contributed to ARC sessions as a guest speaker.

Anthony’s work is shaped by lived transformation — from growing up in East Berlin and experiencing the fall of the Berlin Wall to building digital ventures and working with teams and organizations across different industries.
