Anna Irani, MAPP, MSOD, ACC

Anna Irani is the founder of The Strengths Guide, a leadership development and coaching firm dedicated to helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential through strengths-based approaches. With deep expertise in positive psychology, organization development, and CliftonStrengths, she partners with organizations to foster growth, engagement, and high performance.

Anna believes that learning should be fun, engaging, and practical—because lasting growth happens when science meets real life. A lifelong learner herself, she's energized by powerful frameworks and compelling research, but is even more passionate about translating ideas into action.

She earned her Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) from the University of Pennsylvania—the premier program for the science of human flourishing—where she studied directly under Dr. Martin Seligman, founder of positive psychology. She also holds a Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) from American University. A certified coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Gallup, Anna has invested deeply in mastering the gold standard of coaching.

Her professional experience spans leadership training, executive coaching, and organizational consulting with world-class organizations including Amazon, Ernst & Young, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and FEMA. As a former Gallup course leader, she was among a select group chosen to co-lead the Global Strengths Coach Certification, an ICF-accredited program that has certified hundreds of strengths coaches.

Throughout her career, Anna has designed and delivered workshops and keynotes for more than 1,000 professionals and students, helping leaders and teams apply strengths-based, leadership development, talent development, organization development, and positive psychology principles to enhance collaboration, engagement, and performance.

Anna's work is rooted in evidence-based research in psychology, leadership, and well-being—but it's her energy, empathy, and practical coaching style that make it transformational. Her energy and enthusiasm have been described as lighting up the room, and she brings her heart and passion to all the work she does. She's committed to helping people see what's possible, build confidence through action, and create meaningful change in their work and lives.
