Tim lives in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, with his wife, Erin, and two daughters, Olivia and Charlotte. He has been in the home lending industry since 2008 and the housing industry since 2001. Tim is a fan of all things Baltimore and Maryland, including the Ravens, Orioles and Terps. In his free time, when not attending games and performances of his daughters, Tim enjoys playing golf and landscaping the yard. Tim also volunteers with Warm Blessings Community Kitchen in Elizabethtown and has been a board member there since 2020.
