Risikat Donkor BSc (Hons), MBACP, FDs

Risikat is a Counsellor, Psychodynamic Therapist, and Energy Work Practitioner in private practice. She is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and the Black, African and Asian Therapy Network.

She specialises in supporting Black women and marginalised communities through an integrative, trauma-informed approach that honours both psychological depth and embodied, energetic experience. Risikat’s work centres race, culture, and lived experience, offering therapy that is grounded, relational, and deeply respectful of the whole person.
