Hi, I’m Laura and I’m a certified meditation teacher. I want to offer to you that meditation is not what you think. It does not make you a glowing stress-proof wizard (unfortunately). It’s very simple and it can reduce stress over time. When you practice it enough, it feels like that stretch you do in the morning where everything clicks - but for your mind!
I thought I wasn't a 'meditation person', but discovered breathwork through yoga and grew to love it over time. I hope you will too x
