She blends breathwork, meditation and sound therapy to guide others back to balance — mind, body, and spirit.Along her path Daneesha has expanded her intention based experiences through sound therapy and meditation to support groups and individuals. With a deep connection to Spirit, she channels messages and insights through divination to bring through guidance and clarity. Her energy work focuses on restoring flow and alignment within the energetic body, helping others release what no longer serves them.Feeling the call to reconnect more deeply with the body, Daneesha followed her intuition and completed her Level 1 & Master Breathwork Certification with Breathless Expeditions in late 2024. This opened a new path —using the breath as a bridge between spirit and embodiment.Since then, she has supported multiple breathwork events across regional Sydney and is now stepping into her purpose: creating powerful, heart-led workshops that serve the Western Sydney community and beyond.Her mission is simple —hold space for transformation, connection, and healing through the breath and energy, while building a conscious and connected community.
