At West Kentucky Community and Technical College's Paducah School of Art and Design (PSAD), students, artists, and creatives from around the region work side by side in studios and classrooms, sharing insights, experience, and ideas for the mutual benefit of all. PSAD offers classes in a wide variety of fine art and design disciplines.
