OWN IT Financial Capability Workshops

Tāmaki Regeneration Company (TRC) is based in the Tāmaki suburbs of Glen Innes, Panmure and Point England.We have been funded to provide new homes to the Tāmaki area over the next 20 years, and one way we're doing that is through our shared home ownership programme, OWN IT.OWN IT is for first home buyers whose household earns between $85,000 - $150,000 (we increase this to $205,000 for multi-generational households) per year, before tax. Additionally, we offer fully funded financial capability workshops focused on goal setting, paying down debt, savings/investments, insurances and purchasing a home as well as access to financial mentors to help support whānau – whatever their end-goal is.
