FE HR Hub Summer School 2026

The FE HR Hub is a community dedicated to HR professionals working in the Further Education sector. Through our events we aim to to develop a connected professional community spanning the whole HR spectrum across the UK FE sector.We host a monthly on-line Breakfast Club to help bring the community together to discuss the topics that really matter. The purpose is to help us all meet the shared challenge of supporting and building excellence across the FE sector in the work we do as HR professionals. It aims to foster a supportive, inquisitive professional community through sharing expertise, resources and learning whilst promoting a culture of mutual support and encouragement.FE HR Hub is an inclusive community, aiming to connect all levels of HR professionals working in the sector from experienced senior leaders to those who are just starting out in their HR career. FE HR Hub is open to HR professionals working in different types of FE institutions, such as FE Colleges, Technical Institutes, Specialist and National Colleges, Sixth Form Colleges and Adult Community Education organisations. We recognise the breadth of HR activity and as such we also welcome practitioners whose roles focus on specific related agendas, such as Diversity and Inclusion, Well-being, OD and L&D. We welcome diversity across our membership.
