We deliver projects to improve health and well-being.Workshops /Events 2023Write to Heal January 2023is an 8-week online course to assist with healing in a group setting. This involves working through a progression of restorative writing exercises, based on the teachings of James W Pennebaker. These workshops are ideal for those experiencing trauma, depression, illness, anxiety and life's stresses.Expressions January 2023is a creative writing workshop geared towards poetry and short story writing and also preparing for an anthology for publication in 2023- a collection of poetry and prose, entitled The Art of Joy. A theme of 'Life.'Renew Your Mind Health Fair and Fundraising Event February 2023Helping people change the way they deal with mental, emotional and spiritual health. On the day there will be seminars, workshops, stalls, entertainment and exercise classes.See the VisionFebruary 2023This is a vision board workshop with lunch and networking. Time to realise those long-awaited goals!
