Poetry Workshop Series
What makes us feel rooted? What makes us feel whole and at home? Let’s write about it!
This Sunday, March 8 we’re starting a poetry workshop series with our talented long time friend, Cynthia Rivera. The series will take place on the first & last Sunday of each month.
Cynthia Rivera, @cfirst_rlast is a Nuyorican poet and multidisciplinary artist whose written work explores motherhood, identity, grief in the midst of traumatic events, and her closest relationships to family and friends.
Rivera is currently pursuing her masters in poetry and non-fiction creative writing at The City College of New York. You can find some of her work on Substack.com - https://cynthiarivera.substack.com/
