Esta es la esencia del "Contacto Visual": un experimento para ver con el alma, conectando con otra alma.Esta práctica promueve una conexión humana más profunda al:1. Eliminar juicios superficiales2. Crear vulnerabilidad y apertura3. Establecer una conexión sin palabras4. Leer emociones e intenciones5. Aumentar la empatía y la comprensiónEl contacto es entre dos personas y el experimento es aleatorio; a medida que llegamos, nos sentamos en un círculo en parejas. This activity began as an experiment to explore how much we can perceive about a stranger just by looking into their eyes.Is it possible to connect with a stranger, through eyes contact? Can you communicate and perceive someone else just by gazing into their eyes for five minutes? This is the essence of "Eye Contact"—an experiment to see with the soul, connecting with another soul.This practice promotes deeper human connection by:1. Bypass superficial judgments2. Create vulnerability and openness3. Establish a wordless connection4. Read emotions and intentions5. Heighten empathy and understandingThe contact is between two persons and the experiment is random; as we arrive, we sit in a circle in pairs. After five minutes, the person on the right moves to the next partner, and so on. After the 5 minutes of contact, there will be another 3-4 minutes to relax with the partner or simply to write, and then we move on to the next partner until the round is completed!This experiment offers a unique opportunity to explore human connection in our digital age.
