How do I register for the conference?

Purchase a ticket from the desired category, this confirms your registration to the conference. The page accepts all major credit cards. Upon successful registration, you will receive an email confirming your invitation.

What is included in my registration?

Your registration provides you access to all of the plenary presentations, breakout sessions/coffee breaks, and multiple social and networking receptions that make up CrystalConf 2023

Can I bring other attendees to the conference?

Accepted Answer

Only registered attendees in possession of a ticket to the conference will be allowed into the conference venue.  The conference will be livestreamed hence if you would want to watch it online, the link will be available. We still encourage participants to acquire their tickets to help fundraising.

Question 4

Can I purchase my conference registration when I get to the conference location?

Accepted Answer

We encourage all attendees to register for the conference in advance. However, we know sometimes plans are made at last minute. If you arrive at the conference and still need to register, please see the Crystal team at the registration desk for assistance.

Question 5

Can I see what sessions will be presented before I arrive on site?

Accepted Answer

The agenda and schedule for both days of the conference will be emailed to all registered attendees beforehand, and made available on the Crystal website.

Can I cancel my registration?

Accepted Answer

50%  of the conference registration fee will be refunded if a cancellation is necessary and an email is received by the Crystal team no later than September 23rd, 2023. After the specified date, no refunds will be issued.
