Abstract:
Much has been said about meeting students’ needs but the mixed-ability classroom paradigm has changed all over the world. Therefore, we should get acquainted with those changes so as to be able to implement effective teaching strategies.
In this session, we will explore the implications of special needs such as dyslexia, ADD and ASD for our teaching practice, and we will analyse how to adapt textbook materials to suit our new reality.
