Hi, my name is Yan Sophokleous.

I provide a multidisciplinary selection of treatments and training systems, bespoke to your needs. Synergistically fusing years of experience in Bodywork/Massage into a unique form, along with using the same mind set and development for the Holistic Personal Training and Martial Arts/Self-Defence too.

Based in North London, I get to travel around London and Hertfordshire, along with visiting various places around the UK offering my services within many sectors, corporate workplaces, schools, festivals and events too.

I am fortunate to have a varied and vast experience of dealing with people from all walks of life, from young to old, high profile personalities, professional athletes to those who live with severe disabilities too.

It never feels like work.....​I love all that I do!
