I am a mindfulness and meditation guide, yoga teacher, coach and founder of The Kindfulness Effect. My mission is to empower people to live more conscious, joyful and fulfilled lives by creating a ripple effect of mindfulness, kindness and gratitude.
My journey to The Kindfulness Effect began during my recovery from PTSD in 2007, when I first discovered the transformative power of mindfulness and positive psychology. This life-changing experience inspired me to pursue a degree in psychology and philosophy and to train as a mindfulness, meditation and yoga teacher.
Based in London, I teach in studios, corporate settings, online and internationally—having guided groups in Nicaragua, Philippines, Colombia, Spain and Panama. I am also qualified to teach internationally recognised MBSR and CMR courses.
My courses, classes and retreats offer an invitation to pause, reconnect and grow so you can return to your daily life feeling more grounded, open, aligned and connected to the world around you.
