The Grief Gang

The Grief Gang is a podcast and online community facilitated by host, Amber Jeffrey.

Amber after her mother died in 2016, decided in 2019 to create The Grief Gang community to find others she could relate to. Through story telling and authenticity, the community has grown into the thousands seeking to do just the same. It is Amber's mission to break down the stigma surrounding talking about grief and seeking support.

This community is dedicated to providing spaces both online and offline for those looking to explore and understand their grief further. To meet and immerse themselves amongst others who understand and to find community.
