Shanice was born in the UK and is a graduate of the Dr Winters Africana phenomenology research programme – part of a new strand of African-centred researchers and producers of scholarly work that focuses on unearthing hidden archaeological, anthropological, linguistic, and symbolic proofs, of the deep-rooted cultural and historical presence of Africans across the globe
