Welcome to A Space 2 Be, I am a therapeutic practitioner, supporting both adults and young people's mental health in Gloucestershire.

A Space 2 Be provides a safe and welcoming environment to either seek support in counselling, therapeutic training, mental health support, or for more specialised gender, LGBTQIA+, and identity guidance. In present times, I am also currently supporting people to manage their stress and anxiety, coping with the effects of the global pandemic, Covid 19.

You can find more information about therapeutic 1-1 sessions and training workshops for adults and young people on my website. I am also a director for Creative Change Makers, which is a community interest business, offering therapeutic mental health courses that encourage creative wellness.
