With over 13 years of hands-on experience in the property industry, I am a qualified Building Surveyor and former Registered Valuer who has personally surveyed more than 3,000 properties across London, Birmingham, Worcester, Coventry, and Herefordshire.
As the former Director of Shape Surveyors, I have helped thousands of property buyers make informed investment decisions by identifying structural issues, market opportunities, and potential pitfalls that could cost investors tens of thousands of pounds.
