Liz Jones

Practicing yoga for 9 years and teaching for the last 3, Liz did her yoga training in India studying ashtanga and vinyasa and studying an additional 50 hours training for yin, Pilates and as a spin instructor.

Teaching 25 hours a week across numerous studios in central London for the past 3 years, Liz’s classes are always playful, dynamic, creative and energising.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or advanced in your practice Liz provides options and variations for all levels.
