Jenna Clark

Hi I'm Jenna! I have 15 years of experience as a ​yoga instructor, guiding individuals ​through the challenges of stress and ​anxiety, helping them gain flexibility, ​and fostering a mindful connection ​with their bodies. Over time, I ​expanded my practice to include Reiki ​and Somatic Breathwork™, which ​allowed me to dive even deeper into ​helping others heal on a more ​profound level.

These powerful modalities have been ​transformational in my own life, ​helping me navigate challenges of ​past traumas, chronic pain, and grief. ​Through my personal healing, I’ve ​discovered a passion for sharing these ​tools with others.
