Indy Black Professionals

Indy Black Professionals (IBP) is a nonprofit organization that creates community-centered experiences for Black professionals and allies. Our mission is to foster authentic relationships, collective growth, and shared opportunity. We host networking events, cultural celebrations, wellness experiences, and signature gatherings that connect leaders, entrepreneurs, creatives, and community members. By expanding access to leadership, businesses, and networks, we turn connection into coordinated action across local and global communities.
