Hello, Im Natalie, a qualified Breathwork & Emotional Release Facilitator also working with sound and energy.

I work privately 1-1 with clients, in groups and host/co-host retreats in the UK and abroad.

I created 'House of Now' In Tonbridge, Kent; a sacred space where like minded people can gather for ritual, healing and connection. I am a space holder, holding non judgemental and empowering spaces which enable you to discover and embody parts of yourself may have previously supressed.

I love worthing with the Breath and sharing somatic partices for embodiment. I belive breath is the pathway not only to our supressed emotions/parts but also the pathway to our deeper truth, wisdom and also the pathway to the field of creation in which we can manifest from.

I love working with the energy of the moon and guiding others to do the same so that they can tap into a deeper wisdom within themselves and the cosmos.
