Dina Al Hidiq is a published author and Certified Mindfulness and Transformation Coach with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and more than 25 years of experience in coaching, teaching, and training. Her approach is rooted in Positive Psychology, offering powerful tools to guide clients towards resilience, clarity, and emotional regulation. She supports individuals in reducing stress, restoring balance, and overcoming burnout by helping them reshape unhelpful patterns, build emotional intelligence, and integrate mindfulness into daily life.
