The recycling process helps to transform the waste from the meat industry. Not only does it prevent the environment from severe pollution damage that it could generate, but it also revalues and provides inputs for other industries.
Bones and fats are heat-treated, obtaining tallow, food fats and high-quality proteins.
Dietary Fats: Used in the production of foods such as cookies and bakery goods
Tallow: Used to produce soaps, candles, emulsifiers ; oleochemicals & biofuel
Proteins: Used to produce animal feed, pet food, and fertilizers
