Celtic Sea Power Ltd is leading strategic development of Floating Offshore Wind (FLOW) for the Celtic Sea region. An autonomous subsidiary of Cornwall Council, Celtic Sea Power Ltd is headquartered in Hayle, Cornwall with an office in Pembroke Dock, Wales.

Our mission will help accelerate the transition to a new green economy and ensure benefits are realised within Cornwall, South Wales and south-west England.

CSP is actively working to meet the target of 4GW of FLOW by 2035 as set out by The Crown Estate and build a sustainable regional industry. CSP is directly addressing challenges within these key pillars:

- Zonal Planning
