Niki is a registered Health & Wellness coach offering one-to-one private coaching and group coaching for individuals who want to improve their health, reduce stress, and feel more energised and in control of their well-being. Many of her clients are busy people who feel burnt out, overwhelmed, or stuck in unhelpful habits. They may be struggling with stress, exhaustion, cravings, irritability, or gut health issues, to name but a few. Others may simply feel like they’ve lost their spark and want to reconnect with themselves and feel better - inside and out.
With a warm and compassionate approach, Niki offers a supportive space to pause, reflect, and take practical steps forward.
She supports her clients to create lasting, sustainable changes that improve long-term well-being across a range of areas, including:

Niki offers various coaching options, including 8 and 12-week 1-to-1 programmes, as well as one-off sessions, group coaching and corporate wellness services.
Niki is a registered member of the UK & International Health Coaching Association (UKIHCA) and an associate member of the Association for Coaching (AC). She holds a Diploma in Corporate Wellness and has undertaken additional CPD training in menopause and gut health. She is an official ISMA trainer in Stress Resilience.
