AstroTragos es un ciclo mensual de divulgación organizado por astrónomos del Instituto de Astrofísica de Canarias (IAC) that brings engaging, accessible astronomy talks, science trivia, and interactive Q&A sessions to the Canary Islands in a fun, informal atmosphere. The event is currently held the first Thursday of every month at (IAC) que ofrece charlas de astronomía amenas y accesibles, curiosidades científicas y sesiones interactivas de preguntas y respuestas en las Islas Canarias, en un ambiente divertido e informal. El evento se celebra actualmente el primer jueves de cada mes en El Búho, en San Cristóbal de La Laguna, en la isla de Tenerife. Cada edición tiene como objetivo ofrecer dos charlas breves relacionadas con la astronomía, una en español y otra en inglés, así como curiosidades interactivas. ¡Todos los eventos son gratuitos y abiertos al público! Aunque no se requieren entradas para entrar, te pedimos que confirmes tu asistencia en Eventbrite para que podamos tener una mejor idea del número de asistentes al evento. ¡Gracias!

Astronomy on Tap Canary Islands (locally known as “AstroTragos“) is a monthly outreach series organised by astronomers at the Instituto de Astrofísica de Canarias (IAC) that brings engaging, accessible astronomy talks, science trivia, and interactive Q&A sessions to the Canary Islands in a fun, informal atmosphere. The event is currently held the first Thursday of every month at El Búho in San Cristóbal de La Laguna on the island of Tenerife. Each edition aims to feature two short astronomy-related talks, one in Spanish followed by one in English, as well as interactive trivia. All events are free and open to the public! While tickets are not required for entry, we ask that you RSVP on Eventbrite so that we can have a better headcount for the event. Thank you!
