Remember that song? I hear it often these days as we navigate these challenging times. And it's at the core of what I am passionate about - building belonging.  

Now more than ever people need to feel connected and feel that they belonging. And because we spend so much of our time at work, healthy workplace communities where belonging and connection are valued and prioritized are crucial (for your people, and for your business).

For the past 21 years I have worked with organizations large and small all over the world to create environments where people feel valued, acknowledged, and can bring all of who they are and contribute to the success of their team and the organization. It's work I love, and it's work that is necessary.

I am an international speaker (on belonging and connection), and I am the best selling author of Being Brown in a Black and White World - Conversations for leaders on race, racism and belonging.

And, I work with a passionate and brilliant team to:

- Discover how employees are feeling and what they need;

- Help leadership "get it" and connect with their people;

- Work collaboratively to create a strategy so this doesn't become a tick box;

- Support dialogue and discussion to raise awareness, deepen understanding, build bridges and grow; and

- Practice. So we build capacity and confidence in the culture of belonging that is being created
