Ieshia Brown-Lumpkin is the Founder of She-E-o Girl Bosses which is a platform for Women in business to educate, scale, their businesses and operate philanthropically in their communities while showcasing their entrepreneurship qualities. IBL birthed She-E-o Girl Bosses February 2022 and have successfully onboarded 2.1K Plus Women Globally into the organization with a total focus on providing educational tools for Women to apply to their businesses, be celebrated and to form a healthy business partnership amongst one another.
February 2023 The Annual She-E-o Girl Bosses Red Dress Gala were birthed which is an Annual Women only power packed evening of Sisterhood to celebrate global trailblazers that can authentically teach a proven success blueprint.
Ieshia’s entrepreneurial qualities have earned her several opportunities to work behind the scenes on global prominent projects and campaigns. IBL passion for entrepreneurship has a total focus on contextualizing the meaning of “True Women in Business”.
