He began this coaching business to help leaders reach their full potential, grow their businesses, and not allow the companies to run their lives.

Many of these leaders have become firefighters, working in the business and not able to focus on what matters most. As Jim Rohn said, “Either you run the day, or the day runs you.” To help avoid this trap, Keith focuses on equipping leaders and their teams with the necessary tools and frameworks to set strategic direction, achieve sustainable growth, and strengthen the team.
