Max Hearn-sarchfield
Neurodiversity Coach + Speaker | Mindset Coach | Founder | Neurodiversity Advocate | Coaching Crafted to Every mind
Over the past decade, I have been dedicated to empowering people to unlock their full potential. Through coaching sessions, I help people through life’s obstacles and guide people on the path to inner understanding.
My career truly started in Corrective Services NSW (CSNSW) where I was facilitating a range of workshops, my favourite being a Dialectical Behavioural Therapy program which combines acceptance & change strategies to help individuals manage intense emotions, reduce self-destructive behaviours, and improve relationships.
The place where I felt fulfilled & found purpose was providing one-on-one therapeutic interventions & coaching people through their time in custody. I absolutely loved it because I was working with people that truly needed the support and they were dedicated to discovering or redefining purpose.
My time throughout the NSW Police Force, I gained a deeper understanding of how trauma can affect someone and developed skills in holding space for people with a psychological injury such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I found a great sense of fulfilment providing personalised career counselling sessions and mental health support for officers going though medical retirement.
I am proud to say that I have started a community and business that promotes & supports people with neurodiversity!
NeuroNavigators provides coaching sessions and workshops that are crafted to every mind.
NeuroNavigators' mission is to create a space that people with neurodiversity can come heal, play and grow!
My personal mission is to build a community that is inclusive, promotes awareness, and provides education about Neurodiversity.
I am doing this in the only way know how with a mix of fun, excitement, seriousness and curiosity.
