  • How to incorporate fermented foods into your daily meals and routine, including an introduction to the 3 dimensions of eating (raw, cooked, and fermented) as a foundation for digestive health and physical and mental support.

  • All necessary ingredients and materials. Please only bring one or two glass jars; you will bring them back with your fermenting creations.
