Hauser & Wirth Somerset | Special Interest Group Bookings

Thank you for your interest in visiting Hauser & Wirth Somerset. Please note that pre-booking is essential for all groups larger than 10 people and groups of any size who wish to book a tour.

Please complete and submit this booking enquiry form at least three weeks in advance of your proposed visit, ensuring that you have provided all relevant information. Bookings are made subject to availability, and the Gallery Team will work with you to help plan your visit.

Group bookings include a site introduction and a tour of the galleries and garden. Tours will last approximately 1-1.5 hours.

We encourage group visits to take place on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, or before 12 noon from Thursday to Sunday, to provide a more private and exclusive experience of the exhibition during times when the gallery is closed to the public.

Prices

1 – 10 people: £50

11 – 20 people: £75

21 – 30 people: £100

31 – 40 people: £150

Group Size

We can accommodate a maximum group size of 40 in one visit.

Extending Your Stay

An Italian in Somerset - Our restaurant Da Costa brings the recipes of Northern Italy to Somerset. The restaurant is open Wed – Sat 12 pm – 3 pm and 6 pm – 9:30 pm and Sun 12 pm – 6 pm. If you would like to reserve a table as part of your visit, please include this in your booking form.

Alongside the restaurant, the Roth Bar is open Thurs – Sat, 10 am – 11 pm, and Sun 10 am – 6 pm and is serving light bites, small plates and share boards. No booking is required as it is first come first serve.

Alternatively, Farm Shop provide drinks and light bites with dedicated outdoor seating.

We strive to make Hauser & Wirth Somerset as inclusive as possible, and we look forward to welcoming groups with additional needs and/or disabilities. All public areas are accessible for wheelchair users. We recommend informing us of any required accommodations ahead of your visit.

We have several electric vehicle charging points in our car park. Please note that the EV chargers require visitors to use their own cable.
