Come and enjoy the beautiful and quiet beach in the early morning, while watching the sea and feeling its energy.
I will bring some mats to sit comfortably on but if you prefer, you can bring your own!
Meditation in group is more powerful! Let´´ s start our day with a clear vision and in harmony with yourself!
